Taking place in my lovely studio RG9 3BS, I absolutely adore hosting events with the amazing community of local people.I have always been a passionate healthy cook and find great pleasure in feeding people and enjoying bringing people together.
My signature style of events means that I always include movement sessions followed by delicious and always nutritious snacks. So many of us are so busy now that these events provide a little retreat from daily life and a chance to properly relax and unwind.

9am Strength & Conditioning
10am Stretch Session
Capacity - 12 per session
9am - This Ladies Strength & Conditioning Class uses low impact strength movements targeting every muscle. Perfect to build strength, restore calm, feel energised and move in a safe and friendly environment.
10am Stretch - This session is designed to benefit those with lower back issues, tight hips and upper body tension. In this busy world we live in, many people build up a lot of tension in their bodies and working at a desk or doing lots of driving can deepen these symptoms. We stretch, breath & take our time to move in the moment. Truly lovely!
